Simpsonville, SC (Five Forks area) is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team!

Job Description:
The primary purpose of this is position is to coordinate the marketing calendar to align with the company’s Vision and Goals. This is achieved by creating, implementing and/or managing various marketing strategies such as client and community event coordination, seminar management, client concierge program, article publication, YouTube channel, community involvement, etc. and tracking the effectiveness of each marketing strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing projects or events
- Desire to be part of a team long-term
- Associates Degree or comparable work experience
- Financial Industry experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
- Exceptional people skills!
Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee marketing content, forms, and communication
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
- Welcome clients and potential clients into the office
- Input data into CRM and keep updated
- Oversee calendar management
- Manage and follow-up with leads generated from marketing efforts
- Develop and implement client and prospect engagement campaigns
- Develop, schedule, plan and oversee ongoing seminar, educational and client events
- Confirm event registration and attendees
- Oversee office condition and supplies
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Oversee/manage assistant to Client Service Administrator
Salary
$50,000 per year
