Adams Recovery Center is a residential drug and alcohol treatment agency. We are seeking a client monitor to work overnight at the women’s facility in Loveland, OH.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor clients and ensure they are acting appropriately
• Ensure the premises is secure
• Make frequent rounds throughout the facility and dormitory
• Observe clients taking medications
• Filing paperwork and ensuring client files are complete
• Assist and observe clients making phone calls to sober support
• Support the continuous safety of clients at all times
• Complete required documentation correctly and on time
• Complete minor operational tasks for facility
• Communicate any concerns to appropriate staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to maintain composure during crisis situations
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – primarily Microsoft Word and Outlook

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 10pm - 8am

Salary:

Starting at $11/hour
