The Client Account Coordinator is responsible for building and managing strong and lasting client relationships. The Client Account Coordinator will have direct contact and ongoing communication with clients, families, insurance payors, and the billing and finance teams.


  • Build and manage strong and lasting client relationships during entire client lifecycle.
  • Utilize various software products to understand and prioritize collections of pay-to-patient payments
  • Coordinate with appropriate center-based staff collection representative the logistics around retrieval of pay-to-patient payments
  • Coordinate with billing and finance teams reports to insure all pay-to-patient payments are collected timely and accurately
