Bishop Companies in Goldendale, WA is looking for our next Administration team member. To be successful in this position, a candidate should be a self starter with a willingness to learn new processes. We will be updating our extensive data base in anticipation of implementing a new software program in April, 2023. Upon successful completion of training modules, our perfect candidate will be able to navigate the old and new technology with confidence. Cross training in other admin team positions will be ongoing as well. Our typical work schedule Monday through Friday begins at 8 AM and ends at 5 PM, with an hour off for lunch.

Key components of this position include the following:

Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.

 Effectively and professionally solicit information from internal/external customers (both in person and over the phone) as well as respond to their need for information and assistance with clear and concise verbal directions.

 Engage in direct contact with customers to coordinate order pick up and delivery.

 Coordinate logistics of the entire ordering process

 Show a willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

 Have familiarity with the Columbia Gorge area regarding roads, bridges, highways etc.

 Display a professional and courteous attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.

 Manage and maintain efficient and orderly work environment while working safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.74 - $16.50 per hour
