Service is basic janitorial, once a week (weekend– offices are closed from 1pm on Friday until Monday morning and can be done at any point between those times).
Sites receive 2x annual carpet cleanings.
Scope of work for the weekly janitorial includes once a month window service (storefront only) and basic high dust. These services should be done the first weekend of every month and are included in the scope and payouts for the weekly janitorial.
All services are after hours and keys are kept in a lockbox onsite.
