We train from 6 am to Midnight in shifts. Typical shifts are 8 ½ hours with ½ hour lunch.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an instructor with the following qualifications.

• 3 years or more verifiable experience driving Class A combination vehicles
• Smoking is not allowed on campus, in the vehicles and you must not smell of smoke at any time including your clothes.
• Able to communicate clearly and calmly.
• Have a positive and motivating attitude.
• Be able to learn new things, and then convey those in an authoritative manor to the students.
• Be a self starter and self motivating on tasks.
• Have patience and understand that new students need to build confidence through proper training and mature guidance.
• Be willing to be instructed yourself and to learn from other instructors, understanding that we have a process that works. We train Drivers to get their CDL as well as be a productive employee.
• Be flexible because there is some weekend work and OT from time to time.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have your current med card and CDL Class A ( preferably with a P1 endorsement too)Be prepared to pass a full background check and all DOT, DOL and FMCSA requirements.
• Mature minded. We don't so work well with folks that already know everything there is to know about everything.

Benefits

Pay is $46,000- $55,000 annually plus bonuses. GREAT employee medical, dental/vision benefits and accrued vacation time
