Burn Boot Camp Whitefish Bay is looking for a loving, kind, compassionate individual to work in our Childwatch Room. Burn Boot Camp is a boutique lifestyle facility that offers complimentary Childwatch to its members and trial guests. Our Childwatch room is available to our members 4 camp times a day, with morning and afternoon camps. We accept kiddos from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Our Childwatch room has space and activities to appeal to all ages.

Our Childwatch Associates arrive 15 minutes before our camp times and greet members and guests as they bring their child(ren) into the room. They entertain and watch children (pretend play, toys, coloring, songs, and games) from 6 weeks to 12 years of age for a 45-minute period before their parent picks them back up after their workout. Our Childwatch associates also help out behind our front desk, offering a great way to meet all of our members, and also get experience with new members and our operating systems!

Our members and kiddos love our Childwatch associates as they get to see each other regularly and often. Burn Boot Camp is a fun and rewarding place to work.

SHIFT:

• Monday, Thursday & Friday Mornings: 8:15-10:30 am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts
• Organizes and stores toys and materials
• Sanitizes toys, play equipment and completes the daily cleaning checklist
• Ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed, as needed – liability waivers, etc.
• Oversees the sign-in and sign-out process before and after camps
• Answer any questions regarding Childwatch to parents and prospective members
• Learns operating systems of gym in order to help out behind the front desk doing duties such as: answering phones, checking customers out with merchandise, giving tours to new clients, answering questions of members, helping with check-in processes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in child care.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification (will certify if not already certified)

We deep sanitize and clean after each shift daily.
