What you will do/Responsibilities:

We offer a unique opportunity to lead a team of passionate clinicians. The NP/PA/MD will:

• First and foremost, be 100% dedicated to ensuring the safety of our clients!
• Prioritize the quality of all and any services provided to our clients
• Provide comprehensive, personalized consultations for all services offered by Rejuve (training can be provided) (mostly telephonically or via videoconferencing, and in-clinic)
• Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients
• Administer injections, including Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients
• Be available to answer new and/or existing clients questions about any services
• Use clinical judgment and expertise in clearing clients before receiving services/products (again, mostly done telephonically, but also available to come into the office during the week and/or weekends)
• Provide direct oversight, and serve as the point of contact for all RNs and other clinical staff with questions regarding specific services
• Oversee, manage, and provide training and coaching to all new and existing clinical staff (RNs, LVNs, PAs, NPs)
• Work collaboratively with CEO/COO to evaluate processes and actively engage and participate in improving processes throughout the organization
• Follows strict HIPAA guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Have at least 2+ years of experience injecting various dermal fillers
• Must be able to read and interpret complete lab work (OR willing to learn), including hormones, peptides, metals, CMP/BMP, CBC, etc.
• Must have the ability to interact well with clients, understand their needs and deliver treatment plans
• Current/active, unencumbered, and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license OR Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Must be dedicated, open to learning new techniques, efficient, and meticulous with their craft

Preferred:

• Experience with injectables such as Filler, Botox, Dysport, PRP Micro Needling, Ozone Therapy
• Experience working with exosomes, peptides, and hormone therapy

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
