Position Summary

We're looking for our next great Hospitality Manager! As a Hospitality Manager you will be involved in the day-to-day operations and ensuring weekly tasks are completed to set the team up for success.

Job Duties

• Follow all Chick-fil-A procedures
• Work with the leadership team to run a shift with 18-25 team members
• Be able to follow procedures and hold the team accountable for those procedures
• Be able to have coaching conversations with team members
• Must be willing to work in team positions as necessary
• Ability to handle money
• Oversee shift by running breaks, moving team members in/out of positions, and serving guests

Job Requirements

• Friendly, warm personality
• Ability to stand or walk for the entirety of shift
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Team oriented, adaptable and dependable
• Good communications skills with team members and guests
• Previous team management experience

REQUIREMENTS
