General Responsibilities:
- Monitors the preparation of food, while coaching the team on productivity and consistency
- Serve as a Supervisor in specific areas of the business.
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback, helping them to grow
- Serve as subject matter expert about all Chick-fil-A food products
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
- Must have food safety or quality experience
