Early Career Chemical Engineer Rotation Program
Chemours is seeking multiple graduating engineers to join our Early Career Engineering Rotation Program! This multidisciplinary rotation program is designed to accelerate your career through a wide range of experiences across our US locations.
This program is tailored to your career path and provides the opportunity to gain a wide perspective and worthwhile experience to drive for career success at Chemours. Assignments span across a vast array of locations and roles in such areas as Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering, Research & Development, Operations, Commercial Development, Supply Chain and more.
The typical employee completes three assignments lasting approximately two to three years each. At the end of the rotational assignment, the program is designed to facilitate employees career transfer into Chemours positions aligned with their career direction.
The following is required for this role:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or relatable fields
  • At least six months’ internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing role
  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment with high degree of initiative and self-motivation and flexibility to monitor and move projects forward quickly and safely
Candidates must be geographically flexible to relocate every 2-3 years to either of the following locations:

  • El Dorado, AR
  • Fayetteville, NC
  • Gregory, TX
  • La Porte, TX
  • Louisville, KY
  • New Johnsonville, TN
  • Newark, DE
  • Parkersburg, WV
  • Pass Christian, MS
  • Starke, FL
  • Wilmington, DE
