Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager-Nursing Services, coordinates and supervises patient care employees;directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians, patients, families, and staff.Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including evaluations, staff cost containment initiatives, daily productivity, regulatory compliance, patient safety and satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Minimum:
  • Associate’s Degree - ADN, Diploma or foreign equivalent
  • 3 years RN experience in related specialty required.
  • Current AZ State RN license in good standing required. Current BLS healthcare provider card required. Preferred: ACLS obtained within six months of hire into position.
  • RN; CT CPRBLS
Preferred:
  • BSN

Pay Range
$42.85 - $63.77 /hour
