Compensation: Salary: Based on Experience: $30-50 (Min 7+ years)
Hours: (Full Time) Monday-Friday Hours: 8-5pm

Job Title: General Manager & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing small business. The GM/CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational functions of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, managing employees, and handling HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing a company, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and operational functions of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing employees.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage the company's cash flow, financial planning, and analysis.
- Implement financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage the company's employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee-related benefits.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the company's relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
- Oversee HR responsibilities, including hiring, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop plans to achieve those goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and operational management, with a proven track record of growing a company.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge.
- Experience managing employees and HR responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a small business environment is a plus.
