Tech Repair Expert, In-Store and Remote at uBreakiFix

We help people do more with their technology and stay connected on all of their devices. We provide our customers with simple, helpful advice to get the most from their technology, assistance to fix any technology issues they have and protection of their devices to ensure they quickly get a replacement or repair if anything does go wrong.

What you will be doing:

Our team of consumer electronics technicians have great passion for troubleshooting and repairing computers, tablets, cellphones, and anything with a power button! We sell solutions-based products and services and provide fast, accurate repairs on devices that build long-lasting relationships. The Tech expert will work in a retail store or in a company provided van, and be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair a variety of electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing timely repairs, providing excellent service, and creating satisfied customers.

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

2-3 weeks training starting at $12/hr

$14/h-$16/h Target base pay with recurring Monthly Store and Commission bonuses

38h hour weekly shifts available, also exceptions on a case by case basis.

Salary: $28,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year

Full-Time Schedule

● Five 8-Hour shifts.
● Choose one of your days off, Saturday excluded.
● Weekend availability

Part-Time Schedule

• Three to Four 8-Hour shifts
• Set Schedule per week (predictable)

● Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

● Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Experience:

● Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
● Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

● Driver's License (Preferred)
