Position: Administration Specialist

Office Location: Hermiston, Oregon

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Experience/Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Accounting preferred OR 1-3 years experience in an office setting.

Administrative Duties: This position entails the following duties:

Recording daily cattle activity and transactions including:

• Receiving, shipments, feed charges, data entry, preparing closeouts, and working with Yard and Office Managers on any cattle tracking needs

Commodity Desk

• Entering scale tickets, preparing commodity A/P, lien searches on vendors, managing inventory levels

Some accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preparation and reconciliation

• Cattle, feed, freight, commodity, and trade payables
• Ration pricing
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Other operations logistic support as needed
• Other office management support as needed

Compensation: Competitive compensation program including: Salary (depending on experience), Annual Incentive Bonus Program, Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, and 401k Program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
