Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all table maintenence, resetting, buffet preparation, and assistance to the service and catering staff
- Must assist in event set up, including chairs, and any other furniture or equipment needed
- Must have complete knowledge of the proper set up of table settings
- Must assist in event breakdown, including tearing down tables and chairs, collecting any debris, equipment used, ect.
- Assist with bussing and food running at any point during your shift
- Able to engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Must be comfortable with repetative movement
- Must follow all food safety procedures at all times
- Must keep work station clean, sanitized, and tidy
