Crust Pizza Co is looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. Cashiers work to provide customers with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the sales counter. Cashiers generally take orders over the phone, point of sale when guests are dining in, collect payments and make change, and issue receipts. Cashiers are oftentimes asked to help with other tasks around the place of business during their down time. To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, directing them to our self-serve beverage station, helping them locate items like beverage cups, forks, napkins.

• Operating cash registers, and other electronics devices like third party contractors "Door- Dash, Waiter, etc."

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt up on guest request.

• Bagging or wrapping food purchases to ensure safe transport.

• Following all stored procedures regarding coupons/promos, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as special request, future orders, catering, etc.

• Maintaining a clean workspace

Runner / Busser

The Runner/Busser role is typically an hourly position where employees also earn additional tips. Crust Pizza Co estimate salary for Runner/Busser is $8.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibility and can earn up to $10.00 dollars throughout its long-term relationship with the company.

A Runner/Busser just starting out may make closer to minimum wage. However, if you expect the Runner/Busser to take on additional responsibilities like answering the phone, taking To-Go Orders, wash dishes, provide a higher rate on their first quarterly employee evaluation based on performance.

Runner/Busser Job Description

Runner/Busser are responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing tables, and ensuring the dining room is well-stocked and tidy. Responsible for transporting food, beverages, condiments, and utensils. For example, a Runner/Busser may be asked to provide extra napkins, extra sauce, or dressing. Their role helps ensure that everyone gets their food delivered hot, and at the same time.

Runner/Busser Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen.

• Prepare tea, cut lemons, and roll silverware with napkins.

• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.

• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.

• Clean, sanitize tables after meals.

• Refill cheese, red pepper shakers, and other condiments at tables.

• Assist kitchen with food delivery.

• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.

Pay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour
