Shipley Do-nuts in the Colony, TX is looking for motivated individuals for the positions of Cashier, Cook, and Icing.

The requirements for each position are as follows:

-Cashier

• Primarily focused on customer service activities inside the restaurant and in drive thru.
• Responsible for handling customer transactions, including cash and card payments.
• Responsible for brewing and quality control of Shipley's coffee.
• Responsible for packing customer orders and serving hot and cold beverages.
• Must provide a great, warm customer experience for each guest
• General cleaning duties are required on a daily and weekly basis.
• Must completed the Texas Food Handler's program, as food safety practices are required.
• Shifts can vary from 4:00am-5:00pm.

-Cook

• Primarily focused on production of do-nuts and kolaches.
• Depending on the specific position of the store you are working in, you may be focused on frying all of the do-nuts and pastries for the day or you may be baking kolaches.
• You may also be responsible for mixing and frying the cake do-nuts.
• The cook will consistently work with hot baking and frying equipment.
• Must complete the Texas Food Handler's program, as food safety practices are required.
• The cook will be expected to provide hot do-nuts and kolaches throughout their shift.
• The cook will be required to complete store cleaning tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
• Shifts can vary from 2:30am-5:00pm **We are currently primarily looking for the early morning positions to be filled.

-Icing

• Primarily focused on decorating the do-nuts and pastries with icing and other toppings.
• The icing position typically cross trains on cashier as their secondary duty.
• Must complete the Texas Food Handler's program, as food safety practices are required.
• The individual hired for icing will need to have some artistic skill, as you will decorate and fill the do-nuts, but you will also have to complete piping on some filled pastries.
• Icing will be required to complete both daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Shift begins at 3:00am

Previous experience is not required for any of these positions! We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and want to put a smile on our customer's face through their actions.

Depending on experience, pay ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour.
