Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Associate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven multitasking skills. Candidates must have a strong enthusiasm for selling products, know how to process return requests in an efficient manner, and take direction well. The right candidate will be responsible for handling the purchase of products for customers, processing returns, checking inventory, and understanding company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Speak to customers and answer questions about prices, promotions, and availability.
- Be familiar with store products.
- Make recommendations on merchandise and suggest sales.
- Respond to customer suggestions or complaints.
- Host or attend store-sponsored events.
- Know store layout and store hours.
- Follow physical security protocols to ensure safe operation of the store.
- Listen closely to customers, identify their needs, and respond accordingly.
- Work quickly and accurately to reach daily sales goals.
