Must be in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)
Court Options is an established company that has been at the forefront of diversion services for close to twenty years in South Florida and throughout the state. We are looking for a case manager in our Lauderhill office. Must have office experience. Legal experience preferred.
Details:
- Will experience many different areas of the legal system.
- The areas will include but not be limited to; ZOOM court representation, initial intakes, and registrations for participants referred to the programs, case management, etc.
- Deal with apse real different branches of legal system. These will include prosecutors, judges, public defenders, private criminal representation, bailiffs, county clerks, and probation and pretrial officers as well.
- Handle high volume caseloads.
- Monthly bonus opportunity available
Responsibilities:
- Handle St/revokes/case management duties
- Handle phone calls and assist clients
- Appear in court (virtually) as needed
- Assist clients in registering for programs and substance abuse evaluations
- Keep caseload organized
