Case Manager
Alta Care Group is seeking a case manager to work with children who exhibit behavioral health symptoms in the home, school, and community. The qualified candidate will be able to work collaboratively with youth, their families, and community stakeholders (School, Juvenile Court, Primary care doctor) to identify supports and develop plans that will assist youth with becoming more successful in their homes, school, and the community. A Bachelor’s Degree and/or prior experience in early childhood setting or behavior management preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Competitive salary and benefit package provided.
