HIRING NON-CERTIFIED AND CERTIFIED CAREGIVERS!

Seeking compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented Caregivers for our Spring Valley team! No experience necessary - will train the right candidate.

Starting wage at:
-$11.00/hour* (Non-certified Nursing Assistant)
-$12.00/hour* (Certified Nursing Assistant)
*Significant experience may warrant wage add-ons.

Flexible positions available:
-Full-Time (30+ hours per week)
-Part-Time (16-30 hours per week)
-Every other weekend and every other holiday is required for both full-time and part-time employees.
*Additional shifts available during vacations and/or leaves

Caregiver Job Duties:

As a Caregiver, responsibilities focus on providing professional and dependable caregiver assistance within all aspects of daily living for elderly and disabled persons. Including but not limited to:

-Provide care for residents in a safe, secure, professional environment which meets their needs

-Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; assisting with light housekeeping

-Provide residents' personal hygiene by giving baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with travel to the bathroom, bedpans and urinals

-Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transport residents; answer residents' call lights and requests; report observations of the resident to nursing supervisor

Required Skills:
-All candidates must have a proven attendance record, good customer service skills, the desire to work with those in need of assistance, and work well in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
-CNA training program in the past (do not have to hold a valid CNA certification)
