A DSP assists people in participating in life’s essential activities such as helping them start their day, take medications, get to work, manage money and household tasks, prepare meals and so much more.
If you aren't familiar with the term Direct Support Professional (DSP), similar job titles might be Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Care Provider.

What we would love from you:
- English language proficiency with the ability to clearly write and express thoughts
- Technical skills—must be comfortable and proficient in using computers and/or smart technology
- Cell phone or device with GPS capability
- Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Driving record must meet CCRI insurability standards
- Be at least 16 years of age and pass a comprehensive criminal background check
