Career Support Advisor - Full-Time Remote Position
Empire Beauty School is seeking Full-Time Remote Career Support Advisors to be the first step of our admissions process by helping prospective cosmetology students who have contacted us directly. You will be responsible for setting up appointments for prospective students to visit one of our schools. This position requires customer-focus and an ability to overcome objections. You will be a part of a team dedicated to creating opportunities for people to improve their lives.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a varying schedule which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $16.00/hr.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information to build strong connections with prospective students.
- Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately to overcome objections, and ensuring that prospective students feel supported.
- Outgoing friendly personality.
- Ability to manage many different personality types.
- Computer Knowledge.
- The ability to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekend and holidays.
