Job Summary: United Security Inc. is seeking high level security supervisors and security officers in the Greater Boston Area.

Security Officer - Duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits, monitoring cameras, attending to the front desk, and greeting customers. Our Security Professionals provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Full and PartTime

Security Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the work of security officers and other security personnel. They ensure that our officers are performing their jobs correctly and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Security Supervisors may also be tasked with recruiting new employees, training current staff on new procedures or equipment, and developing plans for future growth within their organization.

• Previous Security and/or Supervisor Experience Preferred
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Covid Vaccination Required for Some Locations
• Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
• Customer service experience or consierge experience required
• Ability to process visitors and employees efficiently
• Clean driving record required for some locations
• Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
• Computer knowledge
