We're Hiring for Care Team Specialists-Face Visits!
We are offering a $5,000 signing bonus, contingent on passing probation!
Do you love to help and build relationships? Giving Home Health Care is eager to find motivated, caring individuals to be an advocate for our clients that have made so may sacrifices while working in different Department of Energy facilities. Consequently, they were exposed to toxins, radiation, and hazardous chemicals or materials that resulted in the development of exposure related diseases.
Our face visit specialists work with our clients to provide information about the program that we work with, providing a personalized experience for each individual. They work closely with a care team to ensure that the client's needs are met in relation to their medical conditions while collaborating with providers offices throughout the community focusing on each client's plan of care. Additionally, they plan periodic visits to client's homes to update files for compliance purposes. The main goal is to ensure that we have genuine relationships with our clients and that they feel loved and special.
Applicant must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work cohesively within a team setting, be accountable, self-starters, have excellent time management skills and must have reliable transportation (mileage is reimbursable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
