We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Impact Associates to provide one-on-one direct care to residents and encourage residents to function at their highest level of independence in our senior community. We are looking for team members who are committed to giving our residents only the best! Care Impact Associates will be responsible for assisting our residents in activities of daily living, attending activities, going to appointments, and living their best lives.
We are hiring all shifts – PRN, Part-Time and Full Time

Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to exert up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally and exert up to 50 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects including the human body.
- Must be organized, willing to work well with people, and a team player.
- Must be in designated uniform during working hours.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Must have strong customer service skills
- COVID 19 vaccination is required as a part of employment, Community provides vaccine to those unvaccinated
