Cardiovascular Technologist

The cardiovascular technologist is a registered or eligible professional primarily specializing in the utilization of invasive cardio vascular procedures as necessary, and performs under the direct supervision of cardiologists and radiologists. Graduate from an accredited school of cardiovascular technology with a degree or registry in an allied health field. At least 2 years experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Must be proficient in performing all invasive cardiac cath procedures and radiology special procedures. Registered in RT. ACLS and BLS required.
