Qualifications

• A proven track record of leadership and successful management and staff development.
• Strong desire to serve others and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.
• The ability to perform all duties in an outdoor, all-weather and rapidly changing environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.
• Must complete a pre-hire background check.

Job Description:

• Educate and assist customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books
• Ensure the growth of team leaders, shift leaders, and future store managers
• Ensure adequate store staffing by actively recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and promoting internal candidates
• Ensure that every team member is receiving development on an ongoing basis
• Managing customer and employee issues including the completion and resolution of all employees, customer, or vehicle incident reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
