Revolution seeks an entry-level medical cannabis cultivator with a passion for medical cannabis to join our Delavan cultivation team. The cultivator will have cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and processing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate the highest quality medical cannabis following standard operating procedures
• Clone, transplant, and maintain healthy plants through vegetative and flowering stages
• Perform integrated pest management following standard operating procedure
• Hand trim cannabis in safe, sanitary, and efficient manner
• Dry and cure cannabis following standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean work space to prevent cross-contamination
• Perform quality assurance checks during cultivation, harvest, curing, and trimming
• Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedure
• Basic cannabis anatomy knowledge a plus
• Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 21 years old minimum age requirement
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Great attitude and ability to follow direction
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must obtain pesticide operator license through Illinois Department of Agriculture
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to prune and trim with sheers for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds consistently
• Must pass internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
• Must obtain and maintain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card

Note: A qualifying applicant must successfully complete a 90 day evaluation period.
