We are looking for someone who is called to come lead alongside the campus ministry team at Ripon College. Ripon College is a private liberal arts school and is in need of a team player who is deeply called to lead students in the ways of Jesus. This includes using the unique gifts God has given you to minister and reach college students, contribute to the programing needs of the local campus ministry, and training students in what it is to share life and follow in the ways of Jesus.

Qualifications:

• Follower of Jesus

• Demonstrates a passion for ministering to college students

• Actively involved in the local church

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Previous ministry experience lay or professional

• Demonstrates a healthy development of relationships and boundaries

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a local Campus Ministry staff team member

• Report directly to the local Lead Campus Minister

• Participate in the execution of all campus ministry activity at the local campus location

• Grow deep and meaningful relationships with students discipling them in the ways of Jesus

• Contribute to the campus ministry team & student leaders in the development of measurable annual objectives

• Submit aligned plans to personally contribute to the stated annual objectives

• Name and make measurable progress towards achieving professional development goals

• Develop and fundraise raise 100% of personal and agreed upon ministry budgets

• Give full-time presence to the local campus ministry, student leaders, and staff team

• Participate in annual statewide retreats

• Participate in statewide staff meetings

• Participate in weekly coaching calls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
