This position is located at the Red Rock Job Corps Center, in Lopez PA, and is NOT remote.

We are looking for a compassionate Clinic Supervisor, RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the management and supervision of the Wellness Center. Responsible for the provision of preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all HIPAA laws.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Registered nurse. Minimum of an Associate of Arts degree in nursing. Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located. Three years of health care experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity required. Regional Approval required. DOL approval is required.

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION: May serve as Acting Wellness Manager. Assists with supervision and management of the Wellness Services Department and subcontracted Wellness services including mental health, dental and medical services.

You must also possess the following awesome qualities: Great communication skills; Honesty & Integrity; Alertness; Patience/Compassion and most important.....a sense of humor & thick skin.
