Who are we?

Bricks 4 Kidz is a innovative educational hands-on STEM program teaching children through play! Earn a rewarding job by learning the developmental benefits of STEM and Lego® combined building awesome models that move (e.g. ferris wheel) and work with children in an uplifting classroom.

Campers, alike counselors are encouraged to build with Lego® bricks to create models and learn how the builds work in the world of STEM. Start or enhance your teaching career at Bricks 4 Kidz!

We are currently looking for enthusiastic camp counselors for our Spring & Summer Camp 2023!

Schedule:

Spring Camp 2023 March 20 -24 (1 week) Monday - Friday

Summer Camp 2023 *Tenative June 12 - August 11 (9 weeks) Monday - Friday

Applicant must be available between the hours of 8:00am - 1:00 pm and/or 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm for after school/camp positions. This is a part-time position and could be 1 to 5 days a week with approximately 20 hours for camp activities. School programs take place at several elementary and pre-schools throughout Miami-Dade public schools, private schools or community centers.

This rewarding job is for you, if you enjoy working with elementary aged children.

You MUST:

LOVE LEGO® :)

Be available between the hours of 8:00am-1:00pm or 12:30 pm and 6:00pm.

Have experience and love working with children ages 3-12.

Have your own reliable transportation.

Be punctual and have an excellent work ethic-the kids will appreciate it greatly.

Have great communication skills with supervisors and other staff.

Have great organization skills.

Enjoy math & science concepts.

Must be able to obtain a background check along with fingerprints and have clearance with the Miami-Dade School board or local entity (City of Coral Gables).

**Teacher or teaching assistant positions may also lead to a teaching position or other events such as birthday parties, field trips, etc.

TEACHING DEGREE or certificate is a PLUS!
