Location: Irving, TX
Shift Hours:7am - 7pm cst
- We are seeking a talented individual for Employer Solutions Call center Representative who is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to callers.
- Answer incoming phone lines.
- Follow guidelines dictated in quality program for each call.
- Ensure security procedure are met in every interaction.
- Utilize DE & all applicable systems to procure needed program details to answer the caller's questions in accordance with program guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center
- Able to function between two departments incoming calls
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Salary: $14.75 per hour
