Our position is located at our LONGWOOD, FL - Sears Home Services Call Center

We are seeking RETENTION, SALES and COLLECTIONS Oriented Professionals to support our Home Services Team with the Servicing and Retention of our Sears Members and provide them with a “Wow Member Experience with their Home & Appliance Protection Plan & maximize opportunities to retain existing members and increase sales and member’s loyalty”!

OUR POSITION OFFERS:

  • Paid Orientation & Training @$15/hr.
  • Base Pay of $15.00/Hr. PLUS Uncapped-Commission- Giving you the Potential to average earnings $17 to $19/hr or more $$ Based on your Performance

OUR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy in all retention & collection transactions
  • Have a full understanding of and consistently demonstrate proficiency at explaining all products and services to existing members in an effort to resell and retain
  • Offers targeted solutions based on customer need to prevent product cancellation through outbound and inbound calling
  • Attempts to "save" customers from cancelling their protection products by explaining benefits of the program(s) and tailoring solutions to meet the individual customer needs.
  • Makes efforts to collect outstanding balances due to the company due to a cancelled contract term through inbound and outbound calling
  • Explains and reconciles customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR POSITION:

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume, call center environment.
  • Great Verbal Communication and Listening Skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and outbound calls
  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retention, or Collections
  • The ideal candidate knows how to think strategically, has a strong work-ethic, is goal-oriented and experience working with escalated customer issues and problem resolution
  • Ability to apply appropriate retention and sales techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate self-control by maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in difficult situations
  • Plus skills to have- Negotiating Skills, Consultative, Persuasive, Self-Motivated, able to Work Independently, Disciplined.
  • Ability to use Computer and multitask
  • Commitment to teamwork and flexibility with our work schedule.
