Each step of our signature closet design process contributes to the ultimate plan of creating custom closets that are right for our clients. We serve as design consultant, professional organizer, and project manager all in one, providing key closet organization ideas to help clients visualize a perfect storage solution in order to create a seamless custom installation experience.

We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of Installers at our local facility. As an installer, you will work to create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. We will provide a vehicle, tools, and a full-time schedule. We recognize people as our most valuable asset and will train you to excel in your position. For those who excel, there is also an opportunity for extra work on some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Expertly handle and keep track of all material and ordered items needed for each job
• Complete each job within the time provided, and reporting back in detail the results of each project
• Showing up on time and prepared to work
• Maintain all tools and vehicle provided, requesting updates when necessary

Requirements and Skills

• Experience with basic hand tools
• Knowledge or experience working with 32 millimeter system
• Able to read and interpret blue prints, with the capacity to make adjustments on site if necessary
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction
• Nice to have: previous experience installing cabinetry and working with plywood and melamine-laminated particle board
