PT (PRN)-Every Weekend Positions Available at Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab (not benefit eligible)- 8 HOUR SHIFTS. WORK 48 OUT OF 52 WEEKENDS. 1 SUMMER AND 1 WINTER HOLIDAY REQUIRED. WEEKDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT CEDARBROOK SENIOR CARE & REHAB ALLENTOWN and CEDARBROOK FOUNTAIN HILL.

• Days (7am-3pm) $26.65/hr Evenings (3pm-11pm) $28.70/hr, & Nights (11pm- 7am) $27.68/hr
• *COVID Vaccine is required*

Job Description:

Provides resident care activities in a county skilled nursing facility, are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need and notify staff in charge of any changes.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge and ability to apply accepted standards, methods and techniques of resident care using practices applicable to long-term-care nursing.
• Knowledge and ability to perform ADL’s and procedures for residents with limited abilities to assist themselves.
• Knowledge of Universal Precautions.
• Ability to observe and assess resident’s conditions.
• Ability to maintain records as indicated.
• Must have full use of hands, ability to stand for extensive periods, bend, pull, push and lift a minimum of 40 pounds

Divisional Care Specialty

• Ability to have compassion for senior adults.
• Ability to be creative when dealing with senior adults with dementia issues.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to be part of the interdisciplinary

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Criminal Background check required
• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required
• Bargaining Unit Comments

Locations are: Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab: 724 Delaware Ave, Bethlehem OR 350 S. Cedarbrook Rd, Allentown

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
