Position: C++/ CMake Developer

Client: NIH (Federal Client)

Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite)

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Duration: Permanent (Ongoing)

Job Description:

•Revamping Client-Scrubber (written in Perl) using C++20;

•Integrating Client -Scrubber algorithms with various machine learning algorithms (including neural networks)

Summary job duties:

•Working with a small group of developers on site or teleworking

•Developing new data structures, algorithms, and information flow architectures for increased efficiency and effectiveness

•Daily reporting using existing reporting templates (incl. descriptions of what to do and what has been done) by the end of the day

•Presenting the written reports at the beginning of the following day during the daily briefing and discussion.

Required Skills:

1.Demonstrable skills on developing algorithms with advanced data structures

2.C++ (min. 1-year professional development experience using C++17 and knowledgeable about C++20 specifications)

3.Experienced using vcpkg with CMake

4.Experienced using Git

5.Python and pandas’ library

6.Developed multithreaded Windows and Linux applications

7.Experienced on unit, integration, and regression Testing

8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

9.Excellent problem solving skills

Desired Skills:

1.NLP, Machine Learning, Tensorflow

2.GUI development using QT/QT creator both on Windows and Linux platforms

3.Client/Server architecture based application development

4.Google Benchmarking on C++ codes

5.Experienced on Anaconda

6.Experienced on EC2 and S3 at the AWS cloud

7.Python/C++ programming using relational database interfaces communicating with MS-SQL, Oracle, or MySQL

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
