Job Title : Buyer
Location : Atlanta, GA (Remote Opportunity) 20% Travel Required
Duration : 12 Months
Must Have skills:
· Process execution including procurement, material status update and expediting
· Support planning team as required
· Work with suppliers proactively to meet sourcing metrics
· Support root cause analysis including Tier 2 & Tier 3 to close supply issues
· Directly interact with suppliers, coordinate issue resolution
· Build supplier relationships and drive on time delivery performance
· Drive improvement initiatives - process simplification
· Reporting and analysis leveraging SAP instance
· Must be open to travel as the position requires On-site visits to suppliers to build relationships and drive delivery performance
· Proficient in MS office tools
· Should possess strong Expediting skills
· Must possess sound knowledge in Excel and SAP tool
· Should possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
· Should have good understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its implications in a manufacturing industry
Job Type: Contract

- 5x8
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
