Minimum Degree Required:

Duties:

• Analyze and document enterprise system integration requirements which results in high-quality integrations to meet the requirements of stakeholders and internal business units (Finance, HR, Compliance, Customer Experience etc.)
• Partner with Product Managers, other Business Analysts, and stakeholders to discover and document functional and non-functional requirements, user acceptance testing scenarios
• Work across a number of enterprise applications and study their API/interface documentation to document detailed integration requirements & mapping specifications by executing APIs using postman/soapUI or running SQL queries in Snowflake, Postgres or similar databases to analyze data fields, tables and columns etc..
• Assist in the project hand-off to the execution teams and work with them to drive delivery through clear acceptance criteria in Feature Stories
• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts and maintain the test catalog
• Maintain the interface catalog with definitions & data objects.
• Triage new software integration requests and enhancement requests with stakeholders.
• Engineering mindset to proactively create and enhance the capabilities of the Coinbase Enterprise Applications & Integrations.
• Ability to work on multiple features/projects at a given time
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, perform the sprint reviews with stakeholders.

Skills:

• 5+ years of overall experience working in complex cross functional initiatives as a Business Analyst/Product Owner with prior experience as an engineer.
• Experience with large scale enterprise platforms (i.e., NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, Workday etc.) with in-depth understanding of how systems interface with each other (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Experience as an engineer preferably on iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft, Workato or similar platforms and automation tools
• Experience in ETL/data warehouse tools with knowledge of data transformation, data mappings, scrubbing, etc is preferrable
• Experience in requirement gathering & analysis, translation into understandable & detailed functional requirements/non-functional requirements/user stories needed to build interfaces between systems.
• A great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical partners in order to drive alignment and assess completeness of requirements information.
• Experience in Agile Development, Scrum & Kanban methodologies
• Self starter with demonstrated ability to create order out of chaos, with great organizational skills and minimal oversight
• Quick learner, and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment.
• Adapt and be effective working with local, remote, global team members in global time-zones.

Salary: $83.00 - $86.00 per hour
