ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Examine current and new business procedures.
  • Identify effective solutions for leveraging business software systems.
  • Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management.
  • Recommend solutions for improving company procedures.
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, maintenance, and success tracking.
  • Assess company performance, information, and plans by conducting regular tests and analysis.
  • Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes.
  • Research and estimate the costs of upgrades and improvements.
  • Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.
  • Develop and drive communication regarding procedures, resources, and tools to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders inside to sustain and ensure that goals and metrics are achieved across multiple departments.
  • Support the development of training materials of tools or systems used by the Sales team as assigned.
  • Maintenance of assigned sales tools and systems.
  • Facilitate the bridge between technical structure and business process.
  • Manage projects related to jobs duties as assigned.

The Business Systems Analyst will oversee the analysis and development of sales tools used in sales operations. This includes the development and management of sales operations tools, such as CRM, forecast tools, product catalogs, and sales dashboard tools used globally. Also known as Systems Business Analysts, these highly analytical specialists have both business and technical expertise. Duties include analyzing requirements, leveraging tools/resources for sales operations optimization, and establishing standard protocols. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales and provide the sales and management team the tools, business analysis and reporting analytics needed to make fact-based decisions.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

SALARY INFORMATION
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
