As an Odoo BSA, you’ll learn (and experience) more in your first 2 years, than you would in 5 years at any of our competitors!
Responsibilities:
- Be a full cycle ERP Business Systems Analyst for the North American market, providing our clients with a top-notch implementation experience
- Set up apps for existing clients (and implement our software), while instructing the end-user how to operate it
- Manage client relationships, while implementing Odoo SaaS solutions
- Analyze all aspects of a client’s business operations to map their processes for Odoo solutions
- Quantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) implementation
- Project manage ERP implementations to create systems that’ll be used by clients who want a product they love
- Familiarize yourself with integration involving Sales, CRM, eCommerce, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, POS, accounting, and so much more
- Collaborate with clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training
- Manage client success packs through billing time, while providing thorough descriptions of work completed
Must-Have:
- Proficient planning, mapping, and communication skills - combined with an expertise in client interaction, and an innate ability to make “in-the-moment” decisions (based on a constant influx of new information)
- Affinity with the world of “Information Technology,” organically understanding use cases involving an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software)
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or other related disciplines
- 1-5 years of aligned experience implementing software (i.e. ERPs, project managing, consulting with clients, and/or something similar to the responsibilities of this role)
- Any other experience with ERP
- Any other experience in a SaaS company
- Available immediately

Pay: $45,898.09 - $91,123.36 per year
