Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to Business Integration and Inventory Management including requirements gathering, modeling and design, development, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance. This position’s focus will be to develop new reports/dashboards and to maintain existing reports, using various reporting tools. This position requires the ability to understand complex scenarios and requests to determine a reporting solution as the Analyst will work closely with leadership to translate stakeholder requirements into deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Client Management

• Responsible for the report preparation for FBS quarterly performance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial proformas for upcoming FBS developments and for contractual term changes to existing projects
• Analyze sales and inventory trends with the understanding of possible risks to business plans and project objectives
• Prepare and update various client related reporting including, but not limited to success fee forecasts and month end funding reconciliations
• Maintain the daily sales reporting and distribution of reports to the FBS clients
• Assist with the sales budgeting and forecasting for FBS Client monthly and annual targets

Sales Inventory Management

• Understand the inventory structure for each business area (Bluegreen, JV and FBS)
• Maintain, update, and create inventory related reporting including, but not limited to the consolidated inventory depletion schedules, cost of product, secondary market acquisition schedules and forecasts, default aging reporting and other various reports for Bluegreen, FBS clients and all other business ventures
• Support the VP, Sales Inventory Management to establish sellout plans for new development and/or acquisitions for project proformas

Use Inventory Management

• Serve as support and backup for Use Inventory Management Analyst which includes having a broad understanding of all operational and financial reporting generated monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Support VP, Use Inventory Management to establish occupancy plans for new development and/or acquisitions for project proformas

Financial Planning and Analytics

• Support financial planning and budgeting process.
• Responsible to provide accounting with necessary reporting to support both quarterly and annual accounting disclosures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Integration and Inventory Management team and Financial Planning and Analytics for all financial reporting
• Provide ongoing support and analysis as required.
• Maintains complete documentation of all reports and the divisional metrics.
• Be well versed in extracting data from multiple systems, as well as, understanding commonality to do comparisons
• Assists end users with troubleshooting their reporting issues and escalates technical problems
• Support all functional areas of the Business Integration and Inventory Management team for reporting and analytics
• Prepare ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5+ years of related reporting and systems experience.
• MS Office Products, MicroStrategy.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working on cross-functional teams
• Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment involving rapidly changing priorities
• Advanced modeling skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Experience with basic DB SQL querying skills and basic querying knowledge
• Able to perform business process analysis, requirements analysis and review technical designs
