Responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of business workflows in the Secured and Bankruptcy Operations departments. Acts as liaison between Secured and Bankruptcy Operations and other business partners to design and implement initiatives that increase productivity, expand process capacity, decrease cost, increase revenue, or improve employee experience.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, process management, process documentation or related field
  • Demonstrated strong record of driving results and building effective relationships at all levels within an organization
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Agile methodologies is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other similar process flow/design software
  • Also, will have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Effective organizational, communication, time-management and interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to travel initially 50% for only the first 60 days for training, and then 20% travel (if fully remote) less travel is VA or CA locations to visit the Norfolk office or occasionally the CA office.
  • Master’s Degree preferred, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience in banking, auto finance, bankruptcy case management, or collections preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead department efforts to transform business process workflows into measurable, specific tasks for both automated solutions and staff efforts
  • Responsible for process mapping within the bankruptcy and secured departments
  • Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures
  • Identify limitations in current technology solutions
  • Drive automation of processes where human, judgmental review does not add value
  • Ensures all appropriate stakeholders are involved in process change decisions
  • Drive project priorities, working closely with PMO (Project Management Office) teams to ensure proper submissions, prioritization, and department support
  • Identify training and development needs within teams performing current business processes
  • Source and manage vendor relationships as needed
  • Develop and maintain data driven reporting to measure process improvement impact

Salary Range:
$98,000.00 - $152,000.00
PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
