CDK Global/ELEAD1ONE, has an immediate opening for Regional Account Manager in the DFW metroplex that will be responsible for California.

Travel is required, as tasks involve in store training and meetings on dealership premises.

Responsibilities:

• Calling on dealer clients to discuss products, processes and return on investment
• Engage in high-profile activity across strategic client groups
• Demonstrate account ownership by Supporting client requests with a constant sense of urgency.
• Return calls, texts, emails within 24 business hours to clients / teammates accordingly.
• Evaluate and Analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals and objectives in order to achieve results
• Closely Monitor system ‘red flags’ and emergencies with clients by taking immediate action at all times
• Generate additional revenue by harvesting existing accounts for additional stores and products
• Determine needs for additional resources and Training, in order to maintain continued success with all clients
• Effectively Manage time and activity to successfully engage with at least 5 clients per day
• Consistently work “lost lines” accounts to Re-engage and Reclaim revenue by planting seed of doubt “grass isn’t greener”
• Produce positive dealer surveys via Driving Sales reviews
• Effectively manage time and activity to successfully engage with at least 5 clients per day
• Remote Training / Home Office Days require a full recap sent to Supervisor by EOD
• Work with “at risk” clients and determine the proper action plan
• Effectively manage the progress and success of all clients assigned
• Consult clients on best practices and usage of CRM application
• Ensuring that the company name is in front of client at all times and ability to build value in the products/company
• Ensure that all dealerships in account group are being contacted and communicated with on a consistent basis, including follow-up and sales
• Assist client in product optimization and utilization
• Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Automotive Industry experience
• Individual must have the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of the job
• Experience with basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, good, confident phone skills and be able to give clear concise instructions, strong negotiating skills, and have the ability to exchange ideas with others and arrive at a decision
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Must be able to work as a member of a team as well as independently
• Remain teachable & adapt. Have fun, be fast, friendly, and flexible
