Responsibilities:
- Willing and able to be on the operations floor understanding the day-to-day of the business operations.
- Ability to run operations when needed.
- Able to evaluate strengths and weaknesses within operations, come up with solutions, and then execute the change needed.
- Effective and positive leadership; can work directly with internal and external teams to advance operational growth and success.
- Minimum 5-10 years leadership background, preferably within manufacturing and/or distribution setting.
- College degree, preferred.
