Position Profile

Our Business Office Manager is responsible for all supporting functions to our Sales team including maintaining accurate pricing, placing and maintaining boat orders with our builders, processing incoming sales and coordinating boat closings. You will work closely with the owner, Dave Nolan, our Sales Manager, and our Marketing Manager.

The Business Office Manager is a full-time position with some weekend duties in and out of the office (sales events, boat shows, etc.). You will interact with customers, our service team, our builders, and supporting vendors.

Sales & Marketing Team support includes functions supporting new, used, and brokerage boat sales including, but not limited to:

· Initial lead response and assignment to sales team

· Maintaining available inventory reports

· Prepare Purchase & Sales agreements, customer liaison between our company, our builders, our financing and documentation vendors, requesting abstracts, coordinating closings and preparing closing documents.

· Boat Finance and Insurance including reviewing finance options with customers, assisting with applications, and working with various banks in securing retail loan approvals.

· Maintaining metric reports

· Sales Manager support

· Marketing Manager support

· Event support and attendance including set up, execution, and breakdown of events and boat shows.

Executive Assistant duties includes working along with the owner, Dave Nolan, supporting various projects and executive efforts.

Business Office management includes functions to keep our sales offices welcoming and running smoothly including, but not limited to:

· Answering phones

· Greeting visitors

· Maintaining supplies and sales collateral

The ideal candidate is someone with a track record of being able to handle multiple administrative tasks in a precise and competent manner and has demonstrated a high level of service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
