Tactstaff a leader in the Healthcare Staffing industry, is looking for self-motivated, energetic, and charismatic individuals for a Business Development Specialist position that is available at our Buffalo New York office.

The Business Development Manager develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with hospitals and vendor clients in which we place traveling allied and nursing healthcare professionals across the nation. The Business Development Manager uncovers new business opportunities within these clients and ensures the success of these partnerships.

Essential Functions:

· Building and maintaining relationships with multiple contacts across client or prospect’s organization. Not only with established clients, but with the continuous effort to source new leads.

· Assessing client needs and delivering qualified candidates and customized solutions that are tailored to meet their expectations.

· Coordinates interviews between candidates and clients. Maintains follow-up throughout the placement process to assure satisfaction for both the client and the candidate.

· Actively drives individual professional growth using industry trends and knowledge, a customer-centric attitude, and the motivation to advance expertise and achieve goals

· Collaborates with our recruiter teams, quality assurance credentialing team and company management to deliver top professional quality.

· Be the face of Tactstaff to the clients.

Education, Job Experience , and/or Required Licenses:

1. College degree preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

2. Two or more years of experience in travel staffing.

3. Must have excellent phone presence and presentation skills.

4. Proven record of detail management

5. Must be driven, dynamic, energetic, and friendly.

6. Proven track record of successful management of customer relationships preferred.
