We are seeking driven, hardworking, and fun-loving Business Development Specialists for our Urbandale, Iowa office.
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for effective prospecting of new residential and/or commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services through door to door canvassing as well as top notch communicating with customers.
A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect residential leads for property inspections.
- Handle referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer free property damage inspections and assessments.
- Maintain acceptable levels of prospecting field activity, referral generation, and closed Roofing, Siding, and Gutter contracts.
- Maintain proper representation of the R3 brand.
- Execute the trained processes to the best of your ability.
- Aim for complete customer satisfaction and leverage satisfaction for referral business.
Qualifications and Skills
- No knowledge of roofing or construction is required.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Drive and determination for exceeding expectations and achieving goals.
- Learn our CRM software and sales KPI's.
- Previous experience with sales a plus, but not required.
- Ability to knock 100-150 doors per day.
- Ability to walk 2-3 miles per day.
- Ability to use an iPad assigned to you by R3.

Pay:
100% Commission
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 4 evenings during the week M-F, with hours RANGING between 3pm-7pm+
- 1 weekend day 10am-4pm+
