Business Development Representative Job at UNiDAYS
- this role is open to remote working within the UK or New York. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London, Nottingham or New York) on occasion.

As we set out on our journey to disrupt our own product set from within, we are looking for a proven Business Development Representative who will support us in increasing the width and depth of new partnerships for UNiDAYS Identity. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in an outreach position, successfully identifying new business opportunities and which can be converted into successful deals.
The focus of this role is to source desirable enterprise-scale opportunities with global brands for our verification services, positioning UNiDAYS as the number one verification provider internationally.
The successful applicant will gather first-hand experience in the expansion and penetration of UNiDAYS Identity globally and be a contributing factor in engineering the scalability of the business.
Day to day responsibilities
- Outreach - B2B
- Take the UNiDAYS Identity proposition to market to relevant brands and stakeholders
- Increase and deliver brand awareness and USP of UNiDAYS Identity globally
- Represent UNiDAYS at industry events, when required
- Be the eyes and ears of the market and competitive landscape and research businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new partnerships to expand UNiDAYS' penetration globally
- Contact potential new clients using phone, email and LinkedIn to gauge interest and to set up qualified discovery meetings/demos for our partners
- Create success driven sales collateral and B2B opportunities to creatively prospect for new business
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure the outreach strategy and storytelling is aligned with the overall business narrative
- Support the Business Development Director with new business development
- Learn, leverage and help evolve our lead qualification and sales processes
- Analyse and report on the results of your work to deliver continual improvement
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
- Great organisational and project management skills to keep on top of outreach campaigns
- Work towards quarterly and annual targets with the aim of overachieving them
- Effectively navigate and connect with all relevant partner stakeholders internal and externally

The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $50,000 - $70,000 for New York residents only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay. Other non-sales roles are company bonus eligible.
